At Bon Point, we seek to provide a reliable and convenient shopping experience for our customers by carefully selecting our products, paying attention to order details, and delivering excellent customer service, while ensuring fast delivery within the Sultanate of Oman.
We also provide a coffee grinding service upon request to suit different brewing methods such as drip coffee, espresso, and more, ensuring our customers enjoy the best possible coffee experience.
At Bon Point, we believe that coffee is not just a daily drink, but a unique experience and a moment of enjoyment that deserves the best selection.
Our Terms & Policies
The following terms and policies regulate the sales process between the first party (Bon Point – the seller) and the second party (the customer – the buyer).
First: Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their orders before shipment. In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the purchase, such as:
· Bank cards (Visa / MasterCard)
· Bank transfer
Refund processing may take 5 to 20 business days depending on the policies of the bank or payment provider.
Cash refunds are not available.
To cancel an order, please contact customer service as soon as possible.
Second: Return and Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of food products, coffee products and coffee beans cannot be returned or exchanged once the package has been opened.
If there is an error in the order or a manufacturing defect in the product, Bon Point will cover the shipping cost and replace the product free of charge.
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with photos clearly showing the problem.
Non-food products (such as coffee tools and accessories) may be returned within 3 days from the delivery date provided that:
· The product is in its original condition
· The product has not been used
· The product is in its original packaging
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued minus the shipping cost within 3 to 15 business days, depending on the payment method.
The customer bears shipping costs for returns or exchanges unless the mistake is caused by the store.
If a shipping label is issued for returning a product, the shipment must be handed to the shipping company within 3 business days. Failure to do so may result in an additional fee of 3 Omani Riyals.
Third: Warranty and Maintenance
Some electrical devices available in the store include a warranty from the authorized distributor for:
· One year, or
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
Bon Point commits to repairing or replacing the product within a period not exceeding 30 business days from the date the warranty request is received, subject to the availability of spare parts.
The warranty does not cover:
· Consumable parts
· Damage caused by misuse
· Breakage or exposure to moisture or high heat
· Repair attempts outside the authorized service center
· Using water that does not meet the manufacturer’s recommended specifications
· Failure to follow the instructions provided with the product
Shipping costs are not covered by the warranty.
Fourth: Shipping and Delivery
Bon Point prepares and ships orders after payment confirmation within 1 to 5 business days.
Delivery within the Sultanate of Oman usually takes 1 to 5 business days after the order has been shipped.
Shipping delays may occur due to:
· Shipping companies
· Weather conditions
· Seasonal demand or increase in orders.
In such cases, the delay is beyond the store’s responsibility.
If a customer fails to receive the shipment and it is returned to the store, new shipping fees will be charged to resend the order.
Fifth: Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on:
· Delivery location
· Order weight
The shipping cost will be clearly displayed before completing the payment process on the website.
Sixth: Payment Methods
Payments can be made through the electronic payment methods available on the website, such as:
· Bank cards
· Approved online payment gateways
Seventh: Offers and Discounts
Bon Point may offer seasonal offers or discounts on selected products.
Offers terms include:
· Discounts cannot be combined with other offers
· Discounts do not apply to already discounted products
· The store reserves the right to modify or cancel offers at any time
Eighth: Coffee Grinding Service
The store provides coffee grinding upon request for the following sizes:
· 250 grams
· 500 grams
Please note that grind size may vary depending on:
· The type of coffee beans
· The coffee machine used
· The grinder type
· Personal taste preferences
We aim to provide the closest possible grind size for your brewing method, but exact precision cannot be guaranteed due to equipment differences.
